The Ghost Engine is DOUBLE the buddy cop dysfunction, like you Inceptioned Tango and Cash into Lethal Weapon, but also The Frighteners and Dead Heat for some reason.
The Ghost Engine was a webcomic I created with Danny Djeljosevic. It was a four part series that we serialized online in 2011. It’s now been collected as 128 page graphic novel.
I really enjoyed working with Danny on this project. He has such a unique voice as a writer, so I’m always happy to work with his scripts. He has a knack for humor and dialogue so my acting skills and comic timing were really put to the test on this book.
This comic provided a huge learning opportunity for me because it was the first time I penciled, inked, coloured and lettered an entire comic.
